We reserve the right to amend these Terms & condition any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England. A person who is not a party to any Contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with it.

All Airports prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booked time.

Airport meets - 30 minutes free waiting from the actual landing time, thereafter you will be charged.

All meets apart from at Airports - waiting time is free for the first 5 minutes

All saloon and estate cars are insured for a maximum of 4 passengers.

A chauffeur has the right to refuse any passenger or to make any journey due to the passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe while in motion.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all their luggage are taken from the vehicles.

All drivers are self-employed and insured for hire and reward purpose.

Cancellations: At least one hour before pick up time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation charge.

Prices liable to alteration without prior notice.

All advertisers trademarks used on this site are the property of their respective owners.

Dad's Cab does not not store credit card details

Dad's Cab does not collect any personally identifiable information from this website without your knowledge. Where personal information is collected(through forms or when sent to us by email), we will only use this information for the purpose described.

Dad's Cab never sells or gives personal information about our customers or site visitors to any third party.

Dad's respect and protect your privacy, when you are using our free website. Any information which specifically identify you as an individual is never collected nor shared with third parties.

Refund Policy

Refund will be issued on the following grounds.
  • Booking on all credit/debit card notified 12 hours prior to the actual pick up time.
  • If the passenger missed the flight and informed us in advance either by phone or by email obtaining cancellation number.
  • All the cancellations are subject to minimum fee of £6.00.

No refund will be issued for following.
  • If the passenger books the PHV for wrong date/wrong flight number and other misleading information.
  • If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pick up address without informing us for any what so ever.

Cancellation: Cancellation should be done 24 hours prior to your booking.
